Manufacturing Process:

1. Stamping/Punching: Cut and form metal sheets into conical shapes.
2. Heat Treatment: Quenching and tempering to achieve elasticity and hardness (HRC 40–50).
3. Surface Coating: Apply anti-corrosion layers via electroplating or chemical treatment.
4. Deburring: Smooth edges to prevent damage during installation.
